Sensori Facilities Management was formed as a strategic partnership between John Sisk & Son and Designer Group in late 2018. Whilst the brand is relatively new the roots are 100years in the making, formed as a joint venture between Sisk and Designer Group. Pragmatic in their approach in delivering a superior solution for facilities management in the marketplace, Sensori required a marketing agency to get their new optimistic brand off the ground. Ripple were tasked with designing an end to end strategy that would help launch this new brand activation and help grow this business in the Irish market.
By working with the client to develop a branding book we went on to develop a robust marketing strategy that would help launch Sensori nationwide. The key launch focused around an event in city hall to help attract new business to the company. Taking place in April 2019 this event had over 400 guests with the aim to attract new customers, Ripple managed the guest list and ensure the event ran smoothly for the client. A launch video was created at the event and used to advertise the new business. Ripple then optimised LinkedIn as the main source of social media advertising for the client. A B2B leads campaign was established on LinkedIn to try and attract potential clients from their established Linkedin network. As well as the digital activations the team worked to create signage, merchandise, brochures and other materials to help promote the brand across all marketing touchpoints.
Since its initial launch Sensori has grown over 400% as a company nationwide. Within 36 months Sensori FM has established itself as a 24/7/365 fully operational M&E specialist FM service provider delivering services on a national scale with offices located in Dublin (HQ), Cork, Limerick & Clare.
