Challenge

Elmeley is an exclusive new development of modern and stylish 3 and 4-bedroom properties in the seaside village of Bettystown Co Meath, within a short distance of the M1 and Dublin Airport. To help launch the development, the Ripple team were tasked with the end to end development of the brand, the website and the digital marketing to create a fully optimised campaign across every digital touchpoint for the client. 

Action

Our team began the development process for the branding campaign by analysing the client’s primary target audience in order to tailor our strategy accordingly.  

We considered the location that the properties were based and came to the conclusion that it was suitable to be an important factor of the brand which could be drawn attention to. So a decision was made to create a visual identity that was natural and familiar while still illustrating a high quality of life. The use of the dark muted green, illustrative icon along with the elm leaves in the background helped to execute our vision. 

Later the developed branding was applied to various channels such as web page designs and digital platforms as we progressed to creating a fully optimised website and marketing campaign to inform and delight all potential buyers.

Elmeley’s brand launch was supported by our strategy toward brand awareness and customer acquisition with a multichannel approach including social media, Google Ads, SEO and content design. Since January 2022, we have been steadily growing Elmeley’s web visitors, social media following and SERP ranking as well as gaining new potential buyers.
