Brand Development Strategy and Digital Marketing Strategy
Originally launched in June 2019, Seoid na Trá is now in the next phase of its development. Seoid na Trá is an exclusive development of high-quality, modern family homes brought to you by our marketing partners, Carroll Estates Dublin Ltd. Let’s take a look at how we are identifying and targeting leads for Carroll Estates.
In order to freshen up the brand and development but keeping it relevant to the already interested audience, we set about changing the logo and tagline. Our design team created and produced both. Take a look at the finalised design below:
We put a digital marketing campaign together covering all aspects of paid social media advertising and paid Google advertising. This campaign was designed to maximise traffic to the already constructed Seoid na Trá website (which was designed and constructed by Ripple Marketing) and raise awareness of the next phase of the development.
We utilised targeted Google display ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising and Google search ads as part of our campaign. This was crucial to get the most amount of interested people viewing Seoid na Trá.
Working along side Noel Kelly Auctioneers and Carroll Estates we ensured the Seoid na Trá site was looking pristine for all of the potential purchasers visiting the site this month and next.
We liaised with Kelly Auctioneers on the number and size of signs to be placed around the development site. As this was not the first launch of a new housing development for Ripple Marketing, we knew how to maximise impact for all attending through the design and placement of all signage on and off site.
Ripple Marketing also run an email marketing campaign to facilitate the social media and Google advertising campaigns. A weekly email is sent to the ever-growing list of interested purchasers. This is designed and sent by the Ripple Digital team. We run an effective email marketing campaign based around all new launches or new phases for our marketing partners with the aim to generate quality leads.
